We’ve had some reports of users having difficulty getting automated emails from Technorati.com such as the forgot password email, the email verification email and responses from our support system. When you contact us via http://support.technorati.com/support/troubleshooting you should get an auto-reply that includes a ticket tracking number within a few minutes. If you don’t get this automated reply, chances are, you won’t get our reply with your answer either.
If you are expecting an email from us, but do not receive it:
1. Check your SPAM folder and SPAM folder settings. If your email system is configured to automatically delete SPAM, please change these settings so that if our email is getting filtered, you will still have access to it in your SPAM folder. Take the necessary action to get the email sent again and check to see if the email is in the SPAM folder.
2. We've also had recent reports that some email providers blocking our emails completely so that they are not in the SPAM folder. If you are not getting our emails, contact your email provider and let them know that you have requested these emails and would like to receive emails from Technorati.com.
3. In addition to contacting your email provider, we recommend trying with another email address on a different email provider if you are having trouble getting our emails with a particular provider.
